If We Have Sent You a Wrong Product Then the Reverse Pickup Will Be Done for Free of Cost. Shipping Of the Replaced Product Will Also Be Free of Cost.
If We Have Sent You the Exact Product with You Have Ordered Then Return Shipping Will Be at The Buyer’s Cost.
This Process Can Take Around 5-7 Working Days Depending Upon the Current Circumstances & Location of The Customer.

Return Policy
Our team makes their best effort to keep our product’s images, description and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.
Eligibility For Exchange/Replacement
You can return your unopened package or product with tag on within 7 days of your purchase. Also attach receipt for proof of purchase. We cannot offer you a refund or an exchange after 7 day return period.
In case you’ve received a defective item, get in touch with us at help.temperedshop@gmail.com with details of your purchase and the reason of return. Once approved, you can send back the product to our given address on email.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled for return. If approved, you will get a refund of the entire purchase price. The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account within a reasonable number of working days.
