Return Policy

You can return your unopened package or product with tag on within 7 days of your purchase. Also attach receipt for proof of purchase. We cannot offer you a refund or an exchange after 7 day return period.

In case you’ve received a defective item, get in touch with us at support@temperedshop.in with details of your purchase and the reason of return. Once approved, you can send back the product to our given address on email.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled for return. If approved, you will get a refund of the entire purchase price. The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account within a reasonable number of working days.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
  • To follow-up on the status of your return, mail us to support@tmperedshop.in
  • There’s no refund on Tempered glass, only replacement can be done if a defective one is received.

Don’t worry, if you ordered a wrong product / or want to exchange it

If we have sent you a Wrong Product by mistake then Reverse Pickup will be done for free. Shipping of the replacement product is also done for free. 

If we have sent you the right product then Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.

As soon as the product is picked up from you, we dispatch the replacement simultaneously (time to resolution reduced by 3 days).

Only One Time Replacement is Free after that you need to bear the courier charges for both ways.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@temperedshop.in

SHIPPING POLICY

How long does it take to ship the orders?

When you’ve submitted your request, it as a rule takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for conveyance. Standard shipping time secured by our conveyance or shipping partners is 3 to 5 working days.

Orders are usually delivered the fastest in A-1 metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, followed by other areas.

The delivery timelines shared above are based on the average timelines of all our previous orders history and you are most likely to receive it within that timeline. We do our best to expedite the shipping for all orders, however, it’s possible that occasional delays may sometimes happen on a case-to-case basis.

Please note that Temperedshop.in is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as the recipient was unavailable or UN-contactable, incorrectly addressed orders, weather conditions, and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay in such situations.

How can I track my order?

You can find the tracking link by navigating to My Account > Orders. Or Track Your Order Section.

The tracking link will be available only when the order is about to dispatch and shipment is created with the courier company.

How do you ship the orders?

We have partnered with various shipment providers  including but not limited to Bluedart, Delhivery and Ecom Express,Xpressbees,Ekart, for local delivery to various pin codes in India.

Which locations do you deliver?

We deliver to more than 20,000 thousand pin-codes all over India through our courier partners. This covers almost all of the internet-enabled areas of the country.

What are the delivery charges at Temperedshop.in We offer free shipping on all orders of any amount.

What if the delivery that I received is damaged?

In rare cases of transport damage,

  • If you found the carton box damaged/tampered with, please reject it at delivery (even if it’s a prepaid order) and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action and refund you if necessary.
  • For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without video proof at the time of unboxing.
