1.How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation Call & Email. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery

  1. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, order modifications may be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact our support team via email or whatsapp as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. We'll do our best to assist you.

  1. How can I track my order?

You will receive a mail with shipment details.  It will include the shipment number-AWB and name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can also write to us at Email - help.temperedshop@gmail.com

  1. Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges depend on your location and the order value. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We also offer free shipping on prepaid orders.

13.How to cancel my Order?

It's very simple to cancel your order. There are three ways by which you can confidently and easily cancel your order.

    with the subject " Cancel My Order" and we'll cancel your order as soon as we'll get your email.
  2. We always make a confirmation call before dispatching your order, so you can straightforwardly change or cancel your order during that call.
